Warranty Period and Coverage

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. If the flooring is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will replace it with like or similar flooring, subject to the restrictions below.

Warranty Restrictions

The above warranty coverage will be null and void if the flooring is used for purposes other than its intended use, damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, improper installation, or other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship. The interlocking system is covered by the warranty, except if the flooring is disassembled improperly. If we replace the flooring, the appearance of the replacement may differ slightly from the original.

Warranty Service

To receive warranty service, you must contact us to request authorization and verification. The replaced flooring will become our property. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, but you may also have other rights under state law. We do not authorize anyone to create any other obligations or liability in connection with this flooring. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the terms of this written warranty. We are not liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or consequential damages.

Line Marking Warranty

We offer a one-year line marking warranty that covers line marking fade, line marking chipping, and logo fading. If your claim is fair and within the agreed one-year period, we will return to your site to touch-up paint and/or repaint line markings. After one year, we offer line marking services to our existing clients. If line marking is deliberately damaged, or there is negligence or unreasonable use of the interlocking tiles and line markings, the warranty will be null and void.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
