Now to make this happen you need to partner up with the best of the best to ensure a long lifespan and a beautiful set-up. This is where Kangaroo Courts come in.

Backyard Court Design

A backyard court design of course starts with the space and the layout of backyard available. The design can be more elongated if you have a narrower space available or it can have a more square design if there is enough space available.

When it comes to the material, Kangaroo Courts uses polypropylene, a composition which is robust and compatible with various weather conditions. You can play on it, have cars drive over it and it will still look good as new. It even comes with a built in drain system which allows the surface to not stagnate water on rainy days.

Colours and logos are also customisable. We have a variety of contrasting and blending colours in our stock. It solely depends on your choice whether you want one two or even three colours of tiles. Kangaroo courts will even put your favourite team logo on the tiles to enhance the experience.

Backyard Court Functionality

While designing your backyard to look aesthetically pleasing you must also ensure it is functional for enjoyable play. There is no value if you cannot play on it or enjoy playing on it right? What we mean by ensuring functionality is getting the right surfacing for the space, the right dimensions and the right choice of hoop.

Let's take an example. Assume you have a backyard with soil and grass growing. First off we will do the surfacing since the tiles need to sit well on a hard surface to ensure stability. Secondly we will give you the ideal dimensions and lay out the tiles for the available surface.

Lastly, we select what kind of hoop will suit the play area. Let’s take a simple example here, if your area is surrounded by walls and you have preferences as well, a wall mounted hop will sit very well in this scenario.

However assume you have a bigger play area and your desire the classic feel we can pour concrete into the floor and make your hoop an in-ground robust hoop.

Here at Kangaroo courts we are all about the customisation and functionality because we ensure that our customers get what they paid for.

In Conclusion

Striking the right balance between visual appeal and practicality not only enhances the overall beauty of the space but also ensures that it serves its intended purpose effectively. What are you waiting for call us today and transform your backyard into a haven for basketball.
